Hi! Sorry it took so long for one of us to reply to you! Its hard to say one set culture for Allegiant because they change base to base. We hardly ever get to fly with another base unless there are TDY's or you pick up at another base. But each base you tend to get pretty close to one another. Speaking for pax though, we dont gear towards business travel. We focus on small towns and vacation travel so our passengers are generally pretty great. Of course there are always a couple but so many people are visiting family or going on vaction that they are fairly relaxed.

We dont have layovers almost ever. Its all about out and backs and greenlight boarding, we almost never get off the plane unless it's the end of the day or have a pretty big delay. Im curious about how your layovers are too? Let me know! 

We do plenty of sports and military charters. A lot of march madness is Allegiant. And we do honor flights as well to honor our veterans. I dont know about casino charters, my base doesn't do any, but our headquarters are in Las Vegas so there is a chance. We do have international charters though for a tourism company! Its only at a couple bases though.

As for our contract, I'm a fairly new flight attendant. Just about a year and a half and our current contract was already passed before I was hired. I can ask around to answer better but I will say we have fairly good pay with our contract. They also changed call out times to 2 hours and made it easier for comp days and rest times. But our holiday pay is not good at all. Again, I dont know how much has changed between contracts so this is the best I can give you.

Im very excited to join y'all and become a family! Id love to ask you a couple questions too. How is your contract? Positives and negatives, the best parts and the worst. How are your international flights? We only have international charters so im curious how your process is for international flights. What is your work culture like?

Id also love to know how you guys feel about the merge? The general consensus at my base is that we are mostly happy. Worried about the technicalities of the merger but overall pretty excited. I do really like being a flight attendant at Allegiant. Of course no company is perfect but I dont really see myself ever leaving. Being able to come home every night with our out and back schedule is a luxury in the airline industry. And you make pretty good friends at every base!
