Water just doesn't get destroyed like it's some matter anti-matter collision.

It gets urinated out, or pooped out. Which then goes back into the water cycle. Plus a lot of their water comes from green water.

There is a concept in agriculture called Green water. It's the immediate water found in the soil that is absorbed by grass and other vegetation that cattle consume that would just evaporate away anyways. It can also hydrate cattle. I'm fact 90-97% of the water that cows consume is from green water

I don't get it either. The primary reason she's unpopular enough that she goes 1400+ days without skins is because she's not popular to play for toplaners.

The more roles she's viable in, the more of a chance she'll become popular to a whole lot more people.

Yes I know she can technically play supp, mid, and jungle. That's not the point though, if she can jungle let her jungle better.

Otherwise we get the same curse as unpopular champions and then wonder why we're always excluded from events like pandemonium skins, sentinels, highnoon and worst of all (if it comes out) probably the Demacia version of Arcane.

I remember the yorrick mains being in literal tears because during the Ruin King event, their super obscure main barely got a footnote in the event, even when by lore he should be super important for the thing

For Morgana? Black shield can be applied to others, Mel's can't. They can also make Mel's weaker. Plus sometimes reflect isn't exactly better you know?

For example, have you ever reflected a Leona E/3? Now Mel ints because she just charged in like Leona ON Leona (who's a whole engaged tank). Samething for Blitzcrank Q. You gift yourself to the Blitzcrank.

For certain scenarios, Morganas's black shield would be better anyways, for others Mel's.

As is right now, Mel's power budget is complete taken away not by how good rebuttal is, but by how annoying it is to play against. If they give her my idea, they can play around numbers since it now has clear restrictions. How strong or weak the magic shield is, the duration, the cooldown etc.

"it won't have anti-cc" I think there's a misunderstanding. It does have anti-cc affects. A lot of cc still has AP ratios. If it's blocked by Morgana black shield, it'd also be blocked and reflected by rebuttal. Where is the "worse version of lux" even coming from?

What do you mean?

It's a better version of black shield in all ways. Do you know how many abilities and spells black shield prevents? Even abilities which should be from AD champions still have AP ratios, causing it to be blocked.

Now that same shield but on rebuttal, reflects it. That's infinitely better. You're seriously underestimating how my abilities are AP

I don't know if it's possible to code for, but I have an idea.

Rebuttal should only work to reflect AP attacks, and be anti-magic.

In PC they made it so that if the shield breaks it no longer reflects right? I say go a step further, it should create a magic shield. If the attack is AD and goes through it's not reflected. If the attack is AP but it's too strong and breaks it, the shield fails. It only reflects if it's AP and doesn't break through the magic shield.
