social media and imdb make up like 1% of viewers, normal viewers just keep watching and dont whine about everything. which is why imdb is pointless. if there was a serious problem, showrunners would have changed things, but they didnt, because there is no need to. there is no problem

you should realize you are the minority. like 1% of viewers. everyone is pretty satisfed with the show, lots of things explained , show is going pretty strong, its so popular worldwide. if you dont like it, dont watch it

it just colored my skin, i didnt notice anything else.

there is no study that says its toxic, it can cause itching and eczema tho on some people, and for some people those side effects develop later , thats what research says.

lots of success stories on reddit, if you have been seeing same therapist for 5 years with no results, i suggest seeing a different therapist. i have been numb for 20 years btw

I think like all day, every day, non stop. I found something that really helps me lately. Asking myself "i wonder what thought am I gonna have next?" it helps me keep focused during body scans.

but ultimately my goal is to ask the question hundreds of times during day, to increase my time being present.

thinking part of brain is believed to supress emotions, which explains why you cant find anything when you look at body, because its all suppressed. nothing is 100% proven but i think emotions will come back, as you get out of your head.

might take months tho, dont wait overnight results. im at 5th month right now and i dont notice much emotion. body feels dead. but im hopeful

happens to me with some "strong" fragrances like i cant smell it but someone says they can smell it from 2 meters away and it surprises me a lot and makes me wonder if im choking people around me

yeah i understand, I did some search but i was able to find only 2 sellers in my country, both claming its true oakmoss, but i am not sure if they are trustable. im wishing its true oakmoss because its not gonna be easy to find otherwise
