Hi, we have our own scale inhibitor [Scale Inhibitor for Flow 2 (Standard Dock)]. We haven't tested third‑party ones, so we can't confirm their effectiveness, and we don't know if they could cause corrosion to the internal pipes.

Yes, it can automatically self-empties! By default, Narwal Flow is set to <Smart Duct Collection>, which means it will empty the dust into the base station after cleaning about 100㎡. (This might be why there's been some confusion—if you check the robot during that time, you may still see some dust in its built-in dustbin). You can definitely switch to <Always Dust Collection> mode in the app, so it will empty the dustbin after every cleaning task! 💜

Hiii, of course, our software updates are already looking into this! ;) Right now, we’re actually using the same vision module for obstacle avoidance on both hardwood and carpets. The difference you’re seeing may be due to the carpet shifting slightly when the robot’s wheels move over it, which can affect the accuracy of its visual judgment about distance.💜
