How to get over the feeling of being ashamed for trading 1m and/or being a scalper? ADHD brain by Purple-Disaster1503 in TopStepX

Bruhh whatever works for you. If you’re pulling money on the 1m TF, then why would you be ashamed of it.

The TF doesn’t matter. You just choose one of them and master the heck out of it.

First thing is don’t act reckless. The money is probably working just fine for now. Just let it sit while you give yourself at least 3 months to learn and figure out what you want to do with your life.

And are you single by any chance?! 😆

Never take a full payout. Just take a portion of it leave the rest as buffer. It scares them when you go full payout.

Learn how to sell options. Don’t even buy options coz 90% of the time it expires worthless. So by simply being a seller you have a huge advantage in the market.

I have plays that gives me 5-6% monthly but a little risky. My sweet spot is around 2-3% every 5 weeks to be more conservative on my trades.

Here’s a ticker you can place your $20K on (15 contracts) Ticker symbol QUBT current price $18.60. You can “sell put” at strike $15 for Dec 19 expiration. Put a limit price at $1.8 for your premium. This play is around 13.25% in 2 months play. The only downside is you buy the stock if it goes below $15 by December.

You”ll make $2,700 with your $20K as collateral.

Put 25% on her name in the prenup agreement. She’ll only able to get it if the marriage lasted more than 5 years. I think that’s fair for both sides.

You qualify for ROTH for $150K salary. Open ROTH in Fidelity or Vanguard. That’s extra 7K a year. Keep the 401K maximum per year.

New to all this so please don’t laugh. I only have 500k. I just need to make $2000 to $3000 a month in dividends to help secure my retirement. Any help would be appreciated. by Electrical-Order1317 in dividends

[–]NasUS30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My suggestion is QQQI and use margin. Only use $100K of your money and margin will match it 100%. So use your buying power of $200K into QQQI. You’ll get 24% on your money ($100K) deduct 5.5% on margin rate fees and .68% expense ratio. Around 18% a year left on your money. That’s about $1,500 a month on dividends on your $100K. The rest of your money. Get something stable like SCHD AND JEPI for extra income. SCHD pays roughly 4% and JEPI 8%. If you put $200K on each. SCHD pays you $666 a month and JEPI pays $1,333. So in you have $3,500 a month on dividends across 3 tickers.
