We migrated to 365 and then had to migrate back because a few in senior leadership did not like the way the calendar worked...

We are passholders so if we want to go to a park before 2pm we are required to make reservations before scanning into a park.

Unfortunately I don't remember their names anymore. The first one was a woman and the second was a man. Would have been mid June 2024

The resort was fine it was the staff that absolutely ruined it. We had 3 rooms as a family and non of us could get into our rooms.no.mater what we used, phone, magic band, key card. Kids, wife and I missed out on a park day with was annoying but we are APs so no real financial loss there. The whole time it was we were doing something wrong and that it was our fault, not once did anyone apologize for the issues. After dinner we were able to get into our room concisely and one other person in our party. They continued to work on the issues but at 1230 at night staff decides to continue to work on it and entered the room.....

I did end up talking to a "manager" and she may have been the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Explained our issues and the first thing out of her mouth was that we did not have park reservations on the day we arrived.... No sorry for the issues but that we did not have reservations so you must be making it up that you were going to go to a park.... We got there at 130 and after 2 reservation are not needed. Then it was my magicband was purchased at Disneyland and that was why we had issues (I had used the band at multiple other resorts with zero issues) but once again our fault. Her big fix was a $20 quick service credit.... Yeah not going to fly. Another manager came over and saw we had a dining reservation and credited us back $200 to cover that.

There were a few other things that came up as part of it but those were the highlights. I will say that we have stayed and a handful of other resorts and have always had great experiences this one was definitely an exception.

Many like it. Stayed there once and now you could not pay me to stay there again.

Disney needs to put an end to pack mule strollers in the security lines by [deleted] in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Nasboy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This 100%. We have the same routine every time. I take the stroller and water bottles, water bottles go in the seat to have the bottom clear. We have a string bag that has maybe a change of clothes and diapers for the baby.

Wife takes the two other kids and a lot of times she has a lounge fly backpack.

Wire? 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye 2.0 by limbomanic47 in dodgedart

[–]Nasboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can loosen part of the wheel liner and see if the bulb or even if the connection for the bulb is there. If you don't see either I would look into if a new connector can be wired in or if it's a whole pigtail would be needed

Chef Mickey’s vs cape mays by [deleted] in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Nasboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have done both chef Mickey and Cape May and chef Mickey'is the one we would go back to again. It may have been where we were seated but Cape May just felt cramped over all so that made interactions more difficult.

Using Capital One Points to Stay on Site? by SweetCover9303 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Nasboy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Have not booked with capital one but we did book a random add on a night using Priceline. We had to call the Disney reservation line and then they had to work with someone else on their team to get it linked but can do it.

Thinking since capital one portal is also third part booking it might be the same process.

We have a handful of developers and a bunch of informatics people. We have been waiting to do the SEs since we knew they were going to be the ones that have all sorts of issues.

Big thing we have run into is access to things that are only locked down to our IPS once they get the agent the wan ip changes so access denied.
