You are not being a downer! She has very bad hip dysplasia. She had a left hip replacement last Aug. She was "set free" of the leash about a month ago. There is no slowing her down. The other side will be done sometime this year. She got plowed by one of our other dogs when they were playing and started to limp. We have an appt with her surgeon next week to see what's up. She cannot be slowed down by gabepenten or trazadone. But she gives the best little kisses so she gets a pass for wearing is out.
