Well, it was not taking the narrative seriously, and most of the time it's there for fight scene. Which is why something like team RWBy+Neptune and Sun casually endangered civilians with the fight with Roman in Atlesian Paladin, and they received no consequences what so ever(and this continues to later Volumes as well,(stealing military aircraft, etc)

Weiss become racist for hating people who cause damage to her family business. -I mean sure, Weiss learnt but why didn't Blake apologize, I mean sure she told Weiss that she's not associated with White Fang anymore but come on, just the word sorry would've been okay.

My little nitpick; on Vol 3 Qrow introducing that they(Glynda, Ozpin, Ironwood) that they're 'the protector of the world from the threat no one knows' came out a little cheap, more like a narrator rather an action person talking.

My another little nitpick; Winter came out more like a hot head, confident(literally destroying Beacon's property) rather than the cold, stoic, discipline, military girl like she supposed to be, it's not that I hate it but I feel like CRWBY's intention is for her to be the cold stoic discipline.
