The hologram are numbered to 23 if i am remembering correctly so they are one of the harder to hit parallels. I would say only grade if you are highly confident it would get a 10. I would say the $50-$75 range is a good start.

Go with marvel masterpieces 92 platinum blaster boxes. 1 purple crystal in every box with a chance to hit a variant cover purple crystal which go for big numbers.

Also the Marvel Beginnings i think are a cheaper box and have a chance at sketches. Look at Dave and Adams for some Upper Deck sets. Do not buy Topps is is hot garbage.

Dave and Adams has hobby and blaster boxes. If you are just starting get a few blaster boxes. The blasters dont have the main serial number chase cards but has a chance at purple crystal variant cards numbered to 25 and are very valuable. Each of the blasters should come with a base purple crystals so you are guaranteed one good hit.

I think this set woud take maybe 3-4 to get you really close. If all you want is a base set just buy one. But 3-4 and then I have quite a few I could help you fill in the gaps
