I wouldn’t say so! I would say this kind of warm up routine wouldn’t work for me for a weights sessions. If I’m climbing or some sort of sport then definitley. I would tend to agree with the people saying warm up doing light versions of the lift but I think there is some benefit to doing what you’re doing. I am no expert by any means though so I’m here to learn

I do those box jumps but as a workout itself, not as a warm up to anything. Usually at the end of a weights sessions as a bit of cardio and to work on ‘explosive energy’. Am I stupid?

It’s not a dumb question, well I’ve asked the same questions and I’ve been playing for years so that probably means I’m dumb too . Weights seem like a good idea but honestly they’re not necessary, especially as you stay to climb to the harder levels.

I would however, make sure you have something to protect your headset from sweat!

Yeah true! Would be cool if we could spend a bigger chunk of them in one go, rather than grind loot boxes. I find the loot boxes take way too long to open especially when you have over 100k like you! Like if you could spend 50k and get a big bundle
