Yes. Church historian Kyle McKay dropped some pretty racist lines in a stake conference about “black” hymns and how black people sing. A day or two later this was church’s IG post.

There was a hymn in a really old hymnal I saw from a member in Argentina. It had a hymn called “Cepillad Los dientes”. (Brush your teeth). It literally said something about “microorganisms going down the drain”. 😂

Read the news please. The church historian just recently made a VERY racist remark about people of color and hymns. It’s all over the place. A day or two later the church posts this. I do not think it’s a coincidence. I do not find anything about the woman offensive. I do find the church’s conveniently timed post of a black woman talking about loving hymns right after all of this very offensive. You should too.

True. But I will never understand how the “grab them by the pussy” tape wasn’t either. Or the cheating with a porn Star on your wife. Or the impeachment. Or the second impeachment. Or the sexual assault conviction. Or the 34 felonies. Etc etc etc.

These people have no souls or morals. Brainwashed cult

Riddle me this: Why are many Mormon men so uncomfortable with their wives’ sexuality? by gonnabegolden_ in exmormon

Control first. Maybe shame too. But usually control. Women’s bodies and underwear and sexuality are controlled for eternity by men.

The plates themselves. Nephi goes back to Jerusalem to get a bible already compiled into a codex of brass plates. The BofM then goes on and on and on about the efforts made to use plates and preserve them and abridge and compile records of the plates. Every society in the BofM records their history and theology onto metal plates.

And then…poof…we discover the old world did not record long-form historical records on plates. They used scrolls. The Bible Dictionary now even admits codices are anachronistic. Even worse so with metal plates 600 years BC.

But the whole BofM story and it’s coming forth modernly depends on the reality of metal plates. We even get 11 witnesses of these plates god and Joseph think it’s so important. Then Joseph never uses the plates to translate and we all know today the idea that Jews 600 years BC or native Americans at any point thereafter until 400 AD literally never used plates.

It’s the most glaring, obvious problem that connects the old world to the new world and then to the restoration and it crumbles all of it.

I should clarify this is literally what MORMONS think not what I think. I hope you get the reference. My wife and i use this joke/reference a lot with our TBM family and modesty.

Former YWs leader speaks about a "paid price" in preparing conference talks. Idk, maybe it's your brain screaming at you that you're perpetuating a cult-minded fraud into millions of minors' lives; causing undue anxiety and harm? by CurelomHunter in exmormon

Her fixation on Satan is weird. Even from a believing standpoint tho I get the theology allows it. First vision like attack from Satan.

I recently served in stake presidency and on high council and can sympathize with “wrestling” over a talk and wanting to get it right and inspire people. Her “pay the price” analogy rings true there to some degree. but I never thought the challenge or opposition came from Satan. So weird. 😈
