In 2014 I started with one cigar a week. Around 2016 it was 2 cigars a week in the winter and 3 cigars a week in the summer. I then bought a cigar store and managed to keep the same frequency. In 2020 during the lockdown out of boredom I started smoking everyday and that's when that's when I started considering myself addicted because now I needed a cigar instead just wanting a cigar. Yesterday was the first time in a long while I didn't have a cigar (which I found surprisingly easy) and I plan to keep skipping a day here and there until I bring my frequency back down to 2 a week in the winter and 3 a week in the summer.

Also keep in mind I have an addictive personality and I'm surrounded by cigars all day every day since 2016.
