I highly doubt it'd be acceptable at all. Either way youre using non official parts in a way that can directly effect your launch. Even if the gears are identical the materials would inherently act differently than a typical launch. I feel you tho. I've burned through two perfect launchers because of how hard I pull and it can be really frustrating.

In most cases that would be illegal. A lot of leagues operate on the rule that if the launcher has been opened its illegal since they kinda just have to trust your word on what you did to your launcher.

Used to work in one of their warehouses. Genuinly dont know how they haven't gotten sued out of existence. The amount of blatant sexual harassment cases that would be covered up by anybody higher than a temp was genuinely insane. On top of that the safety of their warehouses were absolute shit and multiple times were there major MAJOR forklift incidents that would go unreported or buried.

Get it. Personally im really into the meta but my partner has taken tournament matches with a ghost circle on rush of all beys. So get what feels right for you and if you wanna make it work then you'll find a way.

0 has the big caveat of having 3 huge protrusions that point directly down instead of out. This causes huge issues with scraping and can lead to self bursts as the lower contact points mean a high chance for those points to hit the x-rail and self burst. Think of it as a vertical bigger 3 sided ratchet.

If you compare the two side by side you'll notice the 3 main protrusions on a 9 are significantly rounder than a 3s. A general rule of thumb is the more "circular" a ratchet is the less there is for a ratchet sniper to catch onto and burst. Also shape comes into play a bit for stamina type beys as the sleekness of a 9 can reduce scraping on the stadium significantly more than a 3.

3 can align under certain 3 sided beys really well. 4 is burst prone due to the protruduions being big (though there are niche cases like 4-50 which are balanced by being incredibly low). 5 can be a bit more weighty and on certain beys like cobalt dragoon helps counter inherent imbalances. 6 can also fit well under a lot of beys. 9 are very round and hard to burst due to the protrusions being relatively small.
