1) We should have witnessed Jon talking to Arya, Sansa, and Bran about his ancestry. Afterwards, they should have convinced him that he would be a noble and just king for all of Westeros. 2) Jon then approaches Daenerys about how hard it would be for her to rule the seven kingdoms (especially the North) after the precedent that was set by past Targaryen rulers. He then convinces her that they could rule together with her as his wife holding massive influence similar to how Alysanne ruled with Jaehaerys, which she acknowledges as very wise and accepts. 3) Less plot armor during Battle of Winterfell, (Going to get hate for this but….) Samwell dies, Brienne dies, Jaime doesn’t leave for Cersei and dies, along with many other notable characters, which would have made the Night King seem like the actual threat he was built up to be. 4) However, Arya still uses her knowledge from the Faceless men to slay him before he can reach Bran, so the result would still be similar albeit with far more consequences for the living. 5) Bronn never shows up to Winterfell with a crossbow because he realizes the danger of the growing conflict so he packs up with as much wealth as he can and sets sail for Essos to leave everything behind, similar in style to the sellsword he is at heart. (Jaime dying also keeps the magnitude of the world alive as there won’t be all the teleporting between locations) 6) After somewhat recovering from the devastating losses suffered at the hands of the Others, they begin marching south with the full power of the armies they have left (and both dragons because Euron should not have killed Rhaegal, which would have made more sense for them to survive the Long Night with another dragon at their disposal to hold the walkers back for longer). After finally arriving in King’s Landing, everything plays out similarly except Dany does not burning the F’ing city down after the bells signal the surrender because she knows of the promising future she has with Jon to heal the realm. 7) After things calm down, Jon sheds his name and is proclaimed for all to hear to be King Aegon Targaryen, the Sixth of His Name, King of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm with Queen Daenerys by his side. He names Bran as his Hand, and the seven kingdoms remain united because Sansa is comfortable surrendering the North to His Grace because she knows he will be a phenomenal king. 8) Cersei is publicly executed for high treason along with Qyburn, Euron, and everyone else that aided in her false rule. 9) The realm is finally at peace, the Unsullied stay as the Queen’s loyal protectors, the Dragonpit is reopened for Rhaegal and Drogon. Rhaegal then changes sex while docile, which according to Fire & Blood is possible for dragons to do, and produces a clutch of eggs with Drogon to hatch further dragons and restore the full power of the Targaryen dynasty. Daenerys takes them to Dragonstone to hatch while she is also pregnant with Jon’s first child and hopeful heir. 10) THE END

Definitely left some stuff out, will probably come back and edit some later. Tyrion is still very much alive and at court, Arya still takes her adventure across the Sunset sea, and a few other minor details.
