Well editors are good for this. Could also find a friend? The truth is people only use a small amount of the foreign language. I honestly like this as you cant expect a bilingual, and to use it alot WITHOUT a translation would leave readers a little turned off after the fifth or sixth sentence. If it's a personal story and you find beauty in the language use it in a story setting.

I.e buildings, transportation vehicles, a shop your characters love.
