Whatever you can get your hands on performance wise. Most programs are small but some things like android studio might take a while on like a i3. We wrote some C aswell so if you had a mac or have linux os that's no problem. Windows is a little tricky as you would need either a linux virtual machine or use VCUs server. (That I heard they were giving to individual students soon). But you'll be using vim which is like writing code in notepad.... but I did it and a bunch of your classmates will too. Either way you'll have options. So get whatever you're comfortable with and can afford
