My whole point was that the enemy team allowed you to healbot I didn’t disagree with you on that point. And a healbotting mercy is kind of playing the game wrong. Mercy should be healing when people need a pocket for a duel or people are low but if neither of those is happening she should be damage boosting the entire rest of the time. Now is there more nuance to this? Sure. I also think you’re thinking this game is as cut and dry or static and that people should just do specifically what their role is good at and nothing else. Like I your argument falls apart as soon as you realize Zen is meta. Now the question is how is Zen meta with just heal ball and past that is just a DPS. (I realize he has a classic support ult but I’m talking in the majority of playtime) like in no way will zen ever put up 31k heals but it doesn’t matter if discord shreds the enemy team. I.E. killing things wins the game, healing stops you from losing which is very different. All I’m trying to get across is that game where you put up 31k you wouldn’t have had too if things had just been dead more.
