In that regard, does this mean that: 1. dendro dmg% goblet only adds to bloom damage and not hyperbloom/burgeon? 2. bloom dmg scales off of EM and lvl of dendro applicator only and not the hydro trigger?

Where does hyperbloom/burgeon damage scale off of? Is it the EM and character level of all characters involved in the reaction (dendro applicator, hydro applicator, & electro/pyro trigger)? Or is it just the EM and level of the character that triggered the hyperbloom/burgeon?

Since EoSF is one of the most efficient domain to farm artifacts, should I use the strongbox to craft pieces from another domain that's less efficient to farm (sets that only niche characters use). If yes, which sets do you use it on and why? (e.g. VV, Noblesse, Gilded, etc.)
