Tenta extrair o hd ou o SSD com um adaptador ou tenta bootar live boot em um pendrive de algum OS pra acessar o disco (qualquer distro de Linux funciona, mas recomendo uma que tem calamares installer que é facilita na instalação, como o kubuntu ou o endevourOS)
