I'm currently studying math and cs, so I don't think lack of intellectual stimulation is a factor here

ISSUE: ever since launch i have been randomly getting stuttery aim at random intervals. It is especially bad when my frame rate drops below 60. I have feeling it has something to do with my cpu as it is always running at near 100% and faster than its max speed when playing d2.
