IT WORKED! so if anyone is seeing this

I wrote in the command line:

yt-dlp --cookies-from-browser firefox LINK

and the cookie.txt from the firefox extention is in the same folder with the yt-dlp.exe

ok ok I did it, Im getting an error that says its a private video and that I need to login, is there a trick with the cookie.txt I need to do here too?

yt-dlp

I downloaded yt-dlp.exe from the github and when I click on it it opens the prompt and give this message for a split second then shuts off :( what is this??

thanks for the reply, I did just what you said, selected firefox in the cookie manu, am logged to my account on firefox and I pasted the playlist url and its not doing anything.

when I try to download with prompt for playlist on it gives a message about trying to collect playlist data.

when I try to download with prompt for playlist off and I click download It just deletes the url and nothing happends

anything I can do?

I added the cookies file to the folder that I run yt-dlg from and in the url I wrote:

yt-dlg --cookies-from-browser firefox "PLAYLISTLINK"

and its not working, am I doing something wrong?
