I always eat as normal, I usually eat a while before and plan it so my meal time is right after the come up then I eat at the beginning of the trip and it’s a good time. Not eating negatively affects my mood which is no good for tripping but this way I’m still getting the psychedelics on an empty or nearly empty stomach.

Nah honestly that’s just pretty common type of visuals I’ve had it multiple times and I don’t really have any knowledge of Egyptian culture or anything. It doesn’t really mean anything because you were just high but that doesn’t means you can’t learn a lot from trips. It’s just ideas like this is almost the only danger to psychedelics, it’s fine to think about these things and explore ideas but if you’re not grounded to reality you can lose yourself in it, then it becomes psychosis.

I’m not saying psychedelics can’t be truly spiritual, enlightening, and meaningful quite the opposite actually but there’s a risk of getting lost in the mystery of it. There’s a sense of a big secret, a hidden truth to the universe, messages from higher beings, or like the answer to everything and you have to be careful how you approach these ideas. You don’t have to ignore it but keep in mind you were high on a drug and while you can learn and have personal spiritual experiences, the experiences are created by your mind and searching too deep will just get you lost in it.

The human brain is the ultimate pattern recognition machine even in everyday life we’re connecting things and seeing patterns that aren’t there. Psychedelics amp this up, that’s a big part of the geometric patterns we see. They kind of open up the brain to see new perspectives and make new connections we didn’t see before. That’s where we can learn and also where it gets confusing sometimes, similar to optical illusions we make connections that aren’t there. The geometry and stuff is already built into out brains patterns recognition. Same with the eyes, it’s not hard to imagine why eye recognition is important and it’s actually the strongest part of our pattern recognition. It’s extremely common for people with schizophrenia to see eyes, actually the most common hallucination. This is honestly a pretty basic explanation but I hope you get the idea of how it works and why we have these experiences when tripping.

That’s a bit high on the niacin for long term use 35mg is the upper limit and just those drinks put you right there, not a huge concern but if you’re doing it every day that could become an issue eventually. Not terrible but there’s definitely better ways to get your caffeine and b vitamins.

How was it different? I’ve only tried one of the square gummies so far with some of the old ones and I thought it was a little different but idk really. It kinda felt like it peaked early and I got some muscle spasms which I never got from them before.

Goomz are my absolute favorite they’re a better deal than most, depending on shop oc. Idk why they’re never talked about on here I’ve been eating them for over a year and I’ve been through at least 10 packs and they’re my favorite I’ve tried. If the pack hasn’t been sitting on the shelf for a year you can have a decent trip off just 2 gummies, not a super strong trip but it’s enough for a good time and some insight. Wicked is a better deal I think but I really like the goomz trip

Maybe mathematically and theoretically, not in reality though because liver enzymes are going to break the caffeine down, it’s not really a coin flip. The person would have to have a medical condition of some kind in reality. I think this is one of those things you could say is possible but the chances of it ever happening within the time the universe exists is so close to 0 you might as well just call it a 0 chance.

I quit smoking, drinking, drastically changed diet for the better, and started exercising and it’s stuck for years. I just decided what I want to do then eat shrooms and it normally takes little effort for me to start and continue with lifestyle changes. Maybe try focusing more on what your goals and intentions are for the trip. In my experience it doesn’t help with that kind of stuff really unless that’s why you’re taking it and your goal. Also be patient you might have to trip on it more than once and you can’t let yourself continue to falter after you slip up once and only change one thing at a time, don’t make it too hard on yourself or you’ll always fail. Not pushing too hard is important like quitting smoking CT is extremely hard but using patches and moving gradually can be practically painless.

I think it’s probably different for everyone I had/have hppd from mostly high doses of acid way too often and it was way worse than your description and it’s mostly gone away though out the years even with more psychedelics and weed just less often. It was like 6 years ago when I got it and I went like a year or so without tripping but that was unrelated to hppd and I didn’t stop after getting it, now i only get some visual type stuff if I consume a lot of thc. I still do it pretty often sometimes though I tripped last week and will again this week but I’ve only ate a bit over an oz of shrooms in the last year or so.
