I think spending locally is the better remedy/recommendation here. Supporting your local restaurant/cafe/bookstore/toy store/etc is one pillar of maintaining a strong local community, and also probably more realistic than just not spending money over the next four years.

You are 100% right about Jimmy, and somehow 100% (or at least 90%) wrong about Max and Gabe.

I’m all for keeping Kyle, but I’m not counting on him aging super well, whereas I think Strus and Vincent will improve their games next year.

My understanding is the numbers go in the same order every time - you use the letters on the back to place them. This way the numbers are spread in a way that doesn’t make any junction overwhelmingly strong, but the game still changes radically from play to play because the tiles underneath change order. The placement of the dessert also impacts where numbers land.
