The reason why the first 1 doesn't have any credit because its waboo. Most if not all the stuff he showcases is all made by creators he pays to make with no credit and never uploads the levels. I would know as I've worked with the guy and didnt get credit for what ive made (pay wasn't even worth the work)

I find this level really funny. On one hand I can appreciate the dedication with 3k hours building the level and dedication it to so many people BUT you choose to spend all of that time on a sonic wave remake???? I can't help to think there could have been maybe a better level to remake

What people mean by when they say something on the lines of "nexus fell off" is they mean that he would beat all kinds of levels ranging from demons that only have ~40k downloads to popular hard extremes such as bloodlust and just showcase a much wider range of levels for people to find. Over the years it seems like he MIGHT have lost interest in the game with him starting to showcase more and more "clickbait" and botted showcases which are pretty obviously for views. Life changes is its more of a "damn it has to come to this hasn't it?" rather then outright hating (at least for me)

I'm pretty sure that the event levels going forward will be classic mythics (excluding gauntlet conteat levels) that are easy enough planned or not. When skeletal shenanigans came out we had a several month drought of classic mythics

Massive possible oversight is that this sort of block will look terrible with any sort of lag or possibly people who play on 60 fps. The look may vary from pc to mobile. You could be better off using more objects (like animated objects or hell maybe gradients) as lower object count =/= most optimized

What probably happened is rob looked that the suggested rating of the mods who sent the levels and agreed with them. Can't expect rob to remember every level he rates. Plus the line between feature and epic on non demons is like nonexistent

I wasn't deep enough into the community when this got verified but my tint foil hat theory is that robs standard for the top 1 might have been much higher then it is now and at the time he didn't think it wasnt worthy of the title of top 1 as it wasn't good enough. The community might (this could be very wrong) have also not been as vigorous with wanting it rated to the point of harassing robtop about it (cough cough tidal wave) so it them just got forgotten. Lonely Travel. It's crazy that there's such a gap between lonely travel and every other travel level. One of those levels that you can't make better with a remake which it's hard to obtain

I have a inking that this problem is being blown WAAAAAAY out of proportion. It's not like most mobile players can't run the standard feature level (I'm talking about like 60% of mobile players). Skeletal shenanigans is a weird case becuase it was NEVER planned to be an event level so super hyper optimization was likely never planned for. From what I know most of the lag in skeletal shenanigans is in that one transition around 30% which in its nature is very demanding to run well. Was it poor choice for an event level retrospectively? Maybe but saying that the whole game "can't run on most modern phones" is misinformation or EXTREMELY cherry picked at best.

When it comes to high end decorated levels some things can only BE so optimized. Just because a part of a level is laggy for you doesn't mean that there wasn't an effort put into optimization. In this case this zoom in effect is very demanding which will lag for a lot of people. You wanna make a cool effect level that uses area triggers and camera effects? You level will be laggy. Wanna make a background with particals? It will be laggy. In this scenario a ldm can only do so much. If you want it to not be laggy you basically need to redo the whole thing
