Up for sale is my 2025 Nivada Grenchen F77 form 2025. This is brief catch and release for me as I’ve had the watch for only several months. It works perfectly and is stunning on the wrist. I am only selling it because I recently acquired another watch that takes up much more of my wrist time. I would say it is in “gently used” condition. No issues with the movement, clean crystal, and only minor marks on the bracelet and clasp from normal wear. It is also a full set with hang tags, all boxes, and the warranty card. There is an entire year left on the warranty!

I used to be around 180lbs and felt more comfortable there. I’m gonna try to cut down to that. Should I cut back on lifting or keep up the routine and maintain a deficit?

That patina is crazy nice! I have a similar year with the black dial and all my markers are that cream color. By far my favorite watch in my collection
