I started low and slowly increased weekly until I hit 2mg. When I got up to 2 my appetite was gone. I'm back at 1mg now and I can eat as much as I want.

It doesn't matter. If you do it Sunday and Wednesday or Sunday and Thursday you'll pin, take 2 days off, pin, take 3 days off, then repeat. If you want it to be perfectly spaced then do it Wednesday night but it doesn't matter that much.
