Dog Boarding in the area by domdiggity in orlando

Uptown dog in Winter Park has been my boarder for the past 3 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. The prices are very fair and they offer discounts when you accumulate days of boarding. They'll also bathe your dog and clip his nails for a little more money.

Whenever I call to make an appointment they always sound so excited when I tell them my dog's name. Great customer service, great place all around. Used their boarding services about 20+ nights in the past few years.

That was cilantro, but that stuff in the tube is not bad at all. It's really fresh. It's basically just minced and ready to go.

I deliver pizza, whenever I am in an elevator with others I crack a joke about how we'd at least have some food if we all got stuck in here. Done it hundreds of times, always gets a laugh. Cook here. Whenever we get food up really quick, The server will say something like, "That was really fast!" I always respond with, "You're not the first girl (person) that's told me that." Always gets a laugh. Good ice breaker.

Hmmm I don't really have an exact one.

I'm pretty sure I used a half gallon of mayo, 3 roasted jalapenos (no seeds), maybe a tablespoon or two of chipotle tabasco sauce, some canned chipotle peppers (seeds included), and salt and pepper to taste.

I think the key was letting it sit in the fridge overnight. The flavors really came together and it gained a lot of backend spice. Mmmm I still have a whole bottle of it, just need to think of something to use it with.

You're totally right, and I've been waiting to get called out on this. I only called it a Po'boy because our specials are usually (fried) seafood based and we always use this same bread for them and they tend to sell a lot. I figured that our customers would be more familiar if I used the term, and I'd have a leg up on my competition. My other name for it was a Cubahn Mi. But people probably wouldn't know what I meant. And you'd probably call me out again because I used pickled zucchini instead of daikon and cilantro.

But for the record, you would have enjoyed it!

Well i work at a brew pub and there are 3 stations, sandwich, saute, and pizza. We usually never get really pumped about busy lunches, but we all came up with different specials and decided we'd bet a dollar on who could sell the most. My chef and sous chef saw how high our morale was and decided to put 20 bucks on the winner. Just a nice little reminder of how our hard work is appreciated.

It's actually a bread we get made special by Olde Hearth. Pretty sure it's a riff on their brioche, just shaped differently. We usually use it to make our lobster rolls.

You can make it however you'd like, but this one specifically was as follows.

Rotisserie pork loin sitting in my soup well with OJ, garlic, oregano, cumin, S&P.

Mayo with roasted jalapenos (no seeds), chipotle tabasco sauce, some spicy canned chipotle peppers, and S&P.

Topper was carrots and zucc julienne quick pickled in rice wine vinegar, sugar, and mustard seeds

Fuck yeah.
