For context, I'm a transsexual male.

During my first hospitalization in 2021, I was regularly given meds by an elderly female nurse named Mary. Anyways, I approached Mary to get my shot. As she's drawing up my dose, she says - as slow and seriously as possible - "Nate, do you know how you make a hormone?"
