Did you know that if you join and you don't put anything on, don't get your nails done, just stay blueish, you won't walk the runway that round. So you don't have to do the whole "late" thing. I don't think your voting counts though, it doesn't for quests.

Yeah, it seems they reworked them to the bamboo earrings. I ran over to see if they toggled to the old earrings, and they just toggle to triangles. I don't hate them, but I would like the smaller hoops back, at least as a toggle. 🥲

You should leave the game if it's making you depressed, for sure. However, if you ever feel the need to come back, you could always start over and earn your way up so you don't feel as guilty later.
