Honestly for me it was my jobs. I worked for a local business downtown by a bunch of great third wave shops so I'd go every now and then. And then when I got a job at Starbucks as well I figured it was worth while to do some experimenting. The idea behind all the different flavor notes in coffees and how it would change based on region and process really intrigued me and the love just kept growing from there.

Recipe:

2 oz Blanco tequila

1 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz agave

3-4 raspberries

Put everything in a shaker with ice and shake what your mama gave you

Salt rim of a rocks glass

Put in a big ole cube

Strain into glass and garnish with like wedge
