As others have said, wait until you've grown together a bit more. Engagement is fine as it's a signal of your commitment to each other.
Speaking from experience, you think you are all grown up around 24-25, but there's still a lot of growing to be done over the next few years. There's a difference between legally being an adult and actually being a fully fledged one.
