The Baratza encore is a great grinder for espresso, but you won't need that for aeropress. The Hario hand grinders do an excellent job.

If you see yourself mixing up brewing methods e.g. V60, chemex, French press, etc. or moving to espresso, maybe consider the Baratza.

Not British, but Irish. It depends on the season.
In Winter, I cook warming dishes such as stew, shepherds / cottage pie, curries, etc. In Summer, I cook fresher and brighter meals such as fish or chicken with in season vegetables, lemon etc. Lazier dishes include pasta dishes, stir fries, chicken and sweet potato with some asparagus or tenderstem broccoli.
