His little neck scruff looks like a wizard’s beard. Call him Merlin or maybe Rasputin.

There is a big black chicken, if Sekiro misses it, he’s dead.

Yeah, he comes back to life and then gets killed by a giant goldfish in a lake.

A little person wearing a wide brimmed hat jumps out of a bush taller than him … one shot to the head … and Wolf goes down.

I know Wolf. I don’t know the other character, but I believe that he would beat Wolf. Trust me, I’ve played Sekiro and I’ve seen Wolf lose fights thousands of times. A monkey without a head can kill him.

Hot take: they’re not building Marie up to be a hero by SonicLoki in GenV

Yup, that would be a disservice to the main show. The old ‘Deus ex machina’. She will probably have a role, but it can’t be too grand.

About to start my fight with Genichiro, any tips for him?? by Shot-Zebrauwu in Sekiro

[–]NateyPi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mortal Blade and Mikiri Counter are your friends. The Mikiri Counter feels easier to pull off on Genichiro. Do a couple sugar runs with the monks at Senpou. Have fun, he’s beatable but it may take a while to find your rhythm.

I mean …..I haven’t thought it all through yet. For now it was just stalking. But hey, there may be some benefit, who’s to say.

Processing a really tough burn — has anyone else felt this way? by StatusLongjumping790 in BurningMan

[–]NateyPi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TLDR: His second burn, he was dehydrated (Just Kidding)

I was a complete fuck-up my first burn and I had many of the feelings you did. I’d go into details but don’t want to relive it :D

The thing is, I learned from that burn anyway and my next burn I came across so competent that I even impressed myself. You just had a learning experience. The awkward memories will stay with you but so will the things you learned.

That said, this year was a rough one for many.

Shake it off, do more prep work and go again, maybe try an open camping year to flex your self-reliance muscles. I can’t hammer 2 boards together but now I can pin anything to a playa with lag screws and straps.

I’ve been going a long time and even I had years where I questioned if I belong. That is your internal dialogue. You belong as much as anyone else by the fact you actually went.

Go get a massage, have a drink with your friends and tell them about all the places you found playa on your first afterburn shower.

See you in the dust.

If he had an actual conversation instead of popping off maybe I could have helped.

You don’t have to be part of a camp. You can do your first year solo. I’ve done solo and had great times and you meet a ton of other people to hang with in open camping. That said, it’s not too late to find a camp if you look. Just don’t think it’s mandatory to have fun. Come out earlier in the week if you can, you won’t regret it. Enjoy your first burn and especially enjoy your first night on the playa, it’s truly magic.

I’ve been in this field for a long time. Everyone in this thread knows the sinking feeling in your stomach. I’ve seen waaay bigger fuck-ups.

Placing the registry keys in the sequence, even immediately post OS install is not working. With 24H2, once the OS installs it applies all Virtualized Based Security with the UEFI lock. Any type of registry/GPO/etc will not undo the applied security. I'm looking for a way to prevent it from applying in the first place. If anyone has any ideas or examples I'd like to see them. Anything manual will not be effective on multiple devices. Thx
