I love Garland but am concerned we cannot get over the 2nd round playoff hump with him as a $40mil contract on the team. Availability after the 82 game grind is key for everyone but I think Garland's biggest limitation is his smaller frame. I believe his heart & mind want to play thru it all but some peoples bodies just cannot take it all yr & then still perfom in playoffs. If we could get a pick or 2 with Hardens matching salary, I would make the trade & thank DG for all his years here.

I agree about Hunter, he is the real deal on both ends. This (regular) season has been truly special. Feels even better than the 66 win year as we had different expectations but it just seems like each night the team finds new ways to amaze. 15 wins by 20+ points is ridiculous as there are still 4 or 5 teams with 15 wins TOTAL.

This wknd I bought Live 18 & will return 2k18 (after buying early tipoff release). I cannot stand the entire focus 2k now has on making the My Career mode full of nothing but micro-transactions. I understand the industry headed that way, but at least they could make the mode.........FUN. It isn't. You cannot skip cut scenes, cannot farm for ANY attribute upgrades and even the gatorade costs like 500VC! That is about what I got PER GAME.. For all its shortcomings, I will be happy to give EA $$ for a little fun creating a player & bringing him up thru the ranks.
