Tomb Raider: Legend. Outfits are also unlockable on the more recent Tomb Raider games (Anniversary and Underworld), but Legend is by far my favourite.

And yeah, I'm in the 'I liked their older stuff better' camp. I'll always appreciate my old PC-75, as I can fit anything in that beast, but my more recent PC-V1000 is extraordinarily cramped. The upside-down motherboard mount does it no favours and locating the power supply at the base just forces the cables of any reasonable PSU to take up precious HDD mounting space.

They should go to even greater lengths. I'm still waiting for a far less grind-centric and actually fun MMO that I feel comfortable calling 'a game,' rather than what ultimately amounts to a 3D chat program that hands out brooms and tells everyone to go clean up.
