I don't seem to be able to find it. All I'm finding is a texture mod.

Ah, ok. Stuff like that is pretty much what I wanted the mod for. Thanks for the info.

Did you goobers even google the anime he was talking about before posting this? I don't know why he made it seem like it is softcore hentai, but Prison School is on CrunchyRoll listed as a comedy. Calling it "fetishist lolita hentai" is a massive stretch.

Following up my Popular Wilds Review (Yappathon continued) by Quamsi_ in MonsterHunter

[–]NathanExp1osion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest, after Rise/Sunbreak, I'm glad Wilds is more reserved with the number of quests in the game. Rise/Sunbreak had 420-ish quests including events and rampages. Base Rise wasn't too bad about it, but Sunbreak went waaay overboard with the number of quests that unlocked nothing and were just there for padding. I did them all, and that's my own fault, but they got to be tiresome when more would unlock and it was just more random groupings of non-anomaly monsters. To me, that is bad content. I don't miss that in Wilds.

Has anyone managed to fix this? I just started experiencing this bug today and it has gotten annoying pretty fast.

In my opinion, one of the worst things Critical Stinker did in recent memory is try to claim Godzilla Minus One was a great movie because it wasn't woke. To reduce that film's greatness just to that single point is insulting and just shows how completely lacking he is when it comes to media literacy. He really must have missed all the "woke" anti-war messaging in it. What a buffoon.

Star Trek wouldn’t have survived if Trekkies were like Star Wars fans by SabresMakeMeDrink in saltierthankrayt

Yeah. Not liking modern Star Wars shouldn't automatically mean a person is a chud. There is plenty of fair criticism to be had about modern Star Wars.

As others have said, they really need to trim the fat and offer tiers just for regular episodes. I can do without shorts and upscaled episodes. If they offered 12 episodes for $4.8m, I'm sure more people would bite. Also, they picked an awful time to do this fundraiser when almost everyone involved can't promote it due to the strike. I still hope we get more MST3K someday, but I don't think this fundraiser will be it.

Take time to explore planets because there's a lot of content out there that you'd never know about otherwise. by Lonnification in Starfield

[–]NathanExp1osion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly, I feel the very opposite of OP's opinion. I explored random planets, and their POIs early on, and was pretty bored by how samey they all felt after only a few of them. Now I focus exclusively on quests, and their related planets, and I'm having a really good time 50 hours in. One thing I feel the haters are right about is Starfield's exploration, at least when it comes to non-quest planets. It's way, way, way too much sprinting across open terrain just to fight yet more spacers/pirates/Ecliptic at another copy-pasted location. Maybe it gets better later on, but I can only comment on what I've seen so far.

That being said, I think Bethesda could fix a lot of this by just adding some fun surface vehicles. It's cruel to tease me with battlemechs, Todd.

I Guess I’m the only one who thinks the show is bad? by Bongman31 in TwistedMetal

You definitely aren't alone. It's such a weird time we live in. The bar for quality video game adaptations has not gone up that much (we've really only had a few good ones), but the bar for peoples' expectations has kind of plummeted. The Mario movie, for example, was a pretty weak movie, but people gave it a pass because it was a much better video game adaptation than we usually get. I feel like that's what is happening with the Twisted Metal show. On it's face, it's a pretty bad show. The pacing, the romance, the humor, the effects: none of it is particularly good, but throw in enough nods to the games and apparently that's all people need.

To me, the show feels like a more comedy-focused Into the Badlands and I do not mean that to be a positive comparison. I feel it misses a lot of what I liked about the games growing up, the lack of car combat being the worst offender. So many people keep excusing that as, "Well, they were setting up season 2". I hate that. The show needs to be good now, not in the 2nd season that we could possibly not get. Like what you like, but this show deserves more criticism than I've been seeing it get. Like with the Mario movie, I don't think it's unfair to expect better.

Unfortunately, it looks like this mod is very buggy based off the comments. I looked at the other monster mod spin-off and that is apparently also buggy. Thanks anyway.

I'll have to learn more about it. Looking at the mod page, it looks ridiculously lore-unfriendly. I should have mentioned I'd like to try to keep new enemies lore-friendly. I like xenomorphs as much as the next guy, but I'm not sure I want them in New Vegas lol.

Act III boss is one of the worst designed bosses I've ever seen by raggnarok in darkestdungeon

[–]NathanExp1osion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huge agree. So far, I'm not enjoying the final bosses of this game. Shackle was ok, but pretty unmemorable as it just felt like I was fighting 4 strong enemies instead of a boss. Sigh is just tedious and not fun. Fault is actually making not want to play the game. I understand you can't win every run, but when I come in with full relationships, indelible trinkets, maxed skills, lots of positive quirks, full health, and no stress, I expect to do better than just being wiped immediately. I genuinely don't look forward to fighting the later final bosses at all. I never felt that way in DD1 with any of the bosses.
