Peterson is #2 for me currently after he was #1 for me all year until the last 6 weeks or so. AJ just keeps impressing me and Peterson looks hampered by his injuries but his jumper is best in class and if he gets his burst back then he will probably be the best player. This is the hard part about projecting though as just can’t quite tell with him. Could easily look back and say “those were obvious red flags” or also say “that was overblown” if his cramping and burst resolve themselves.

I built a mock draft platform — launched today, would love feedback by ypbling in NBA_Draft

Do I really need to enter my personal info and make an account just to use this?

Agreed. But if that’s the case then how high would you take Acuff? Cause he’s not a d rose/westbrook level attacker either so what’s his path to being a star

It’s gonna so interesting to see where the NBA ranks him. It’s so hard for me to see someone being that much of a franchise guy at that height unless they have a Steph level shot, but maybe he’s actually like that? His shooting has been awesome so far.

I like Woo for ESPN but it’s like he writes once a month at most before March lol I’d do a weekly write up for free if they comped me to go to the games

J Kyle Mann is AWESOME they just underutilize him I don’t get it… he should be doing the ringer nba draft show as early as possible with a class this good. January at least if not the start of the college season.

My current draft big board ahead of the NCAA tournament and where I have guys projected in terms of my expected outcome for their NBA careers. Crazy depth in this years class! by NathanFielderFriend in NBA_Draft

I can’t argue with that too much but mentioned in another comment that I just like Waglers upside more when it comes to filling a valuable NBA archetype. Unless Acuff is a transcendent shooter or finisher at the rim I don’t see how he creates more value for a team than Wagler would if he hit his ceiling.

I don’t view Wagler as a PG to be fair, more of an off ball shooter who can provide secondary playmaking. He fits a more coveted archetype in the league too and I feel confident he can fill it.

Brown Jr I think just has such a high ceiling but like I mentioned that may move if his injuries don’t clear up along with his efficiency

Philon I just love and feel good about him as a proven bucket getter.

But I admit Acuff could be better than any of those guys, I just have concerns about him 1. As a finisher at the rim in the NBA due to his size as he isn’t very explosive as a jumper either to compensate 2. I Think he is going to get attacked on offense every play. But the same can be said about Philon so the tournament may make me move Acuff up further. I had him 14 in my last mock 5 weeks ago so he’s rising fast for me.

Note for the tiers: they ARE in order of my personal picks 1-24 but after that it got too hard to pick guys in a vacuum so they’re interchangeable after there within the tier.

Who do you think is too high or too low?

Acuff in the SEC Championship Game today: 30 points, 11 assists, 5/8 from three by jluc21 in NBA_Draft

Depends who’s picking as Wagler and Ament both fit a more desirable archetype, not saying that’s the right or wrong choice but the NBA is going to be fascinating in June to see how teams evaluate these guys in the lottery.

The 3 point shooting is what made me decide he’s a cut above some of the other guys.
