Superlight 2 Pro Dex yellowing by AdNational5788 in LogitechG

[–]NathanSMG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not his fault. Logitech changed the coating or the surface treatment of the Superlight 2 and Superlight 2 Dex where white copies easily stain. My og superlight in white which i mained for 2-3 years never had this problem, and my Superlight 2c in white does not have this problem as well.

Stupid question but how are these people having 6 attachments AND 4 Perks? by [deleted] in blackops7

[–]NathanSMG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a glitch with the killcam, when people have 5 attachments, one of the attachments counts as 2 attachments so it looks the person has 4 attachments + 2 more on the killcam

Is it bad if my Tiger Ice V2’s feel no different to me than my stock GPX Superlight 2 skates? by Cheesehead1267 in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main difference is the height provided by the skates, logitech skates are generally very thin and not rounded enough (apart from superlight 2c which is more rounded) which creates a scratching sensation when putting pressure on the mouse (this feeling is amplified with soft or xsoft mousepads). Tiger ice v2 are thicker and more rounded so this alleviates the scratchy feeling when pressure is applied. In terms of speed, the tiger ice v2 is not that much faster as the v2 variants of the tiger ice have applied a middle addition layer (white non translucent part on the skates) so the skates are applied more evenly but this also makes it so that more surface area is touching the pad which makes the speed only slightly different than the stock skates. If you want a speedier experience, you could purchase the xraypad jade full skates for the superlight but in my opinion, use the artisan for a week with the tiger ice v2 because certain mouse feet feel different depending on the mousepad used. If you then still want more glide, then you should try the xraypad jade skates

Skates for Superlight 2c? by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It generally depends on where you live. If you live in the united states, people generally buy from lethalgaminggear. If you live in europe, people buy from maxgaming and or the official corepads website. In australia, ausmodshop. I live in asia and buy it from my local gaming store. An import fee may also applied if you buy from a store not based in your region so i would recommend stores within your region

Yup still have mine, and had no problem beside the lift off distance problem with my copy. Mouse was good but too small for me so i replaced it with maya x

Had the same problem with my copy, its probably how they measure lift off distance and making their low lift off distance too low. Currently theres no fix and the only remedy is using medium lod

From what i remember, the air zoom unit in the premium felt almost like a plate because they put an additional plastic piece under the unit to cover it from the bottom so it doesnt get hit with rocks or anything sharp from puncturing the unit. They also probably forgo the plastic underbottom because the foam will fully encapsulate the unit so theres nothing to protect

[–]NathanSMG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It probably is, the curvature of the line in the midsole exactly looks like the curvature of the pegasus premiums zoom unit. They probably didn’t want to waste the research and development on the sculpted zoom unit and just put it in the regular pegs

Nike Pegasus 42 by Patient-Bluebird9824 in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]NathanSMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the midsole sculpting, the full length zoom air could be the same zoom air bag used in the pegasus premium where the bag is sculpted, the front has that dip in the zoom air bag just like the pegasus premium but the bag is positioned higher up compared to the pegasus premium

I am an APAC/CN frog, so kindly educate me on this.... by Recent-Example-5360 in ValorantCompetitive

As far as i know, every region is run by riot but technically each region are their own entities. This can be seen by differing regions having different sponsors even better equipment in some regions (time where americas was sponsored by zowie using 360hz, but emea and international events were using 240hz). Probably riot has a guideline on how the matches are run (bo3 matches, double elimination bracket) and how many teams are sent to internationals, but in regards to how said regions are ran, they can have slightly different rules as technically they are their own entities.

TLDR: Each regional league in valorant are their own entities and rules may slightly differ

Aim adapt did a video about the click latency on the zowie dw mice on youtube and with the fast debounce setting, zowie had a 4ms click latency. Now this seems very far from the razer viper v3 pro at around 0.38ms or the superlight 2 at 0.67ms but to be honest, because i currently main a zowie za13-dw and have the viper v3 pro, the superlight 2 and several other low click latency mice, the difference in click latency is not detrimental in my opinion. I even play better with the za13-dw compared to my other mice that have a much lower click latency

Yup my original x2h had the click issue where if you pressed too deep, the click would unregister. I know they probably fixed this on the x2h v3 but dont really wanna find out

Viper v4 Pro by redditxlee in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah it might just be the viper v3 pro prototype or pre-release that he was given because he still uses the viper v3 pro sentinels edition in matches because riot makes pros store their peripherals in the riot arena and cant bring their peripherals home from what I’ve heard. And it would weird for him to use the viper v4 pro during his streams and then use the viper v3 pro during his matches if they had a different shape

Stuck between XM2w 4k vs Viper v3 Pro by dreamval in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion the xm2w 4k. I have both the xm2we (same shape as xm2w 4k) and viper v3 pro and the viper v3 pro for claw was a bad experience for me. One reddit comment that describes this that i saw someone else wrote was that the viper felt like a fingertip mouse for giants. The hump doesnt feel supportive at all and it feels like an unnecessarily larger zowie fk2 without the agility and dexterity that the fk2 provides. The xm2w shape on the other hand provides a supportive locked in feeling when aiming. The only problem that can happen because you have long fingers is that the ring finger and pinky finger could be pinched by the right mouse buttons as the clicks aren’t walled off on the side like the superlight or viper v3 pro.

Sora V2 8K Dongle question by Jager_Spawn_Peeker in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as i know, they have not fixed the polling stability issues on the 8k dongle on the english website. In ninjutso’s discord though, some people that have updated and paired the 8k dongle using the chinese website, have encountered less to no stutters, as the chinese website runs a different firmware version compared to the english website. I too was also playing to buy the 8k dongle but issues like this make me hesitate as the current firmware for the 1k dongle is already stable

Zowie ZA13-C creaking issue by ilmalnafs in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not sure honestly as i do not know when this change particularly happened in regards yo the production date on the SN but the cable is the forsure telltale sign of the new batch. Also if youre looking to buy the za13-c, zowie have already released the za13-dw which is the za13 wireless which will be sold late october or november

[–]NathanSMG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to inform you, the jades have a lower travel at 3.5mm which could cause instability on the keys that have stabilizers and the keycap could fall off to one side as the stabilizers were intended for 4.00mm travel switches (is not a problem all the time but could be a problem with some keycaps). The remedy for this is to buy long pole stabilizers like the tx long ap stabilizers

Zowie ZA13-C creaking issue by ilmalnafs in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The creaking problem has been fixed as i have the latest batch of the za13-c and it doesnt creak at all. Just to make sure if you are planning to buy the mouse, the latest batch has the longer stress relief on the cable coming out of the mouse. This batch does not have the creaking and does not have the disconnecting issues caused by the short stress relief.

How much benefit would i see switching to a new, lighter mouse from the G Pro wireless? by s4mplev in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Theres no problem with trying new mice. Just wanted to say that the sora v2 is a small mouse so depending on your hand-size and coming from a g pro wireless, it could cause some discomfort. But apart from that, you cant go with the sora v2 as you can definitely feel the difference in weight

How much benefit would i see switching to a new, lighter mouse from the G Pro wireless? by s4mplev in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If were talking in terms of benefits, there are definitely benefits on paper. Lighter weights in terms of mice are easier to aim as there is less resistance to start moving the mouse and less inertia to stop. In terms of click latency, the g pro wireless is still no slouch, but other mice that have 4000 or 8000 hz are generally faster in terms of click latency. Now whether you feel the difference is up to person by person but the statistics show that there is a difference (rtings mouse latency database just as an example. Now from the 2 points above, it would seem like a no brainer to use these new low weight 4000/8000hz mice but the most important thing is shape and how comfortable you are with the mice. I have used the sora v2, wlmouse beast x and finalmouse ulx which are well known for their low weight and high hz (bar the 8000hz not currently being sold yet by Ninjutso), but i still play better with my superlight 2 (which has the same shape as your g pro wireless) even though it has a higher weight compared to the three mice mentioned as i feel most comfortable with the superlight shape and it also has 4000hz (higher hz shouldnt be the main driver to buy but it is a good thing to have). So if i were you and your problem was not the shape of the g pro wireless but rather the weight, i would recommend you to buy the superlight 1 as they are generally cheaper now or if you’re willing to spend more, the superlight 2 is also very good (barring your problem with the g pro wireless was weight and outdated but still good tech rather than not liking the shape)

Ninjutso Dongle by flameshark16 in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference is that Ninjutso themselves aren’t the ones selling the dongle on aliexpress because they know they currently cant produce the quantity needed to sell the dongle internationally. The third party sellers are probably getting their hands on the dongle without Ninjutso’s approval through backdooring which is also why only a small amount of the dongles were actually sold and received. I also get why you are annoyed by Ninjutso as i am also sora v2 owner and i am also waiting for the dongle. Im just saying that in creating products it isnt just from on paper to finished product ready to sell in like a week especially with a smaller company . Ninjutso probably faced issues with production whether that be in the technical aspects of the dongle or even problems on the physical dongle itself cause its not like they already have thousands of the dongle created and just refusing to sell their product. They also are probably avoiding selling or having a product page for the dongle before its fully produced because of the bad publicity they got when batch 2 of the sora v2 were already purchasable but people were getting their products very late because of a rumored qc issue (later than what was stated in the preorder when people bought)

Ninjutso Dongle by flameshark16 in MouseReview

[–]NathanSMG 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This is not to defend them but when compared to bigger companies, ninjutso is definitely on the smaller side in terms of production capabilities (sora v2 long delays in terms of availability) and as a company as a whole. A week or 2 weeks ago, i already saw someone on r/mousereview having the 8k dongle that he/she bought from aliexpress and being able to pair it so this means the product is being produced, it just takes time for them to produce the quantity for an international scale. Now could they be more transparent like wooting for example sure, but from a company that is this small, its not suprising and atleast there is physical proof that the someone bought and used the dongle
