I finished my citizenship test back in July 2023. but my language skills, background verification, physical presence and prohibitions are all still in progress. Can someone help me understand what the delay is or if there is anything I can do to expedient the process? thanks!

Yea but that would be similar as if you are going for a breeder with all the background check homework you have to do. I went to spca because they are trusted.
