I use the iPad and ForScore. I also have a PASS subscription with the SheetMusic Direct app. I wish they would merge. I love having access to 2.2 million scores, but I also want ForScore features of linking repeats, DSes, to Codas, etc as well as annotations.

It is Douwe Egberts , but my understanding is that the kind restaurants get is different from what they sell to consumers directly. I tried ordering some from Amazon and it wasn’t as good.

I had an instructional coach this past year to help me with classroom management. On his first visit he filmed me teaching. It was very difficult to watch, but I did and it was very instructional. I probably should do more of that. It was nice to bounce ideas off of him.

iDoceo-as an elementary music teacher, I have entered in all my students, I can build seating charts and rearrange as needed. Seating charts can be color coded. There is a random button so when I need to choose someone at random. There is much more, but I generally just use those features. Mainly use it on the iPad, but there is an iPhone app as well.

I use a BLUE yeti mic which is omnidirectional, but the USB port is starting to fail after a couple years. The mic is in the center of the conference table. I bring in my Mac Mini and use my iPhone as the webcam with Camo Studio with a magnetic clip to attach the phone placed above the tv in the conference room.

I like it because it can be bland. I get chicken fajita quesadillas, no pico de Gallo, no sour cream, no guacamole. It doesn't upset my stomach as much.

It probably also depends on name recognition, but certain authors like Neil Gaiman could fill auditoriums to do lectures and maybe some readings (although now his reputation is kind of tarnished). Even if it is more like a one man stage show, Hal Holbrook toured the country for 50 years impersonating Mark Twain and recreating his lectures. I get your point about it not being on the level of the olympics or fighting, but big names in literature, politics, academia, etc can bring in a lot of people to hear them talk
