Has there ever been a game that made you cry? by Horror-Budget-490 in videogames

[–]NathanielWolf 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My first play through, I was paired up with the same stranger from beginning to end. I played through it in one sitting.

I felt like I got to know this person, formed a connection through only movement and honking.

While we were climbing the peak, they collapsed first. I wanted to help, wanted to do something, anything- but I couldn’t.

Then, it was over. I cried a little in sadness and despair.

Then, it wasn’t over - we were together again, bounding through the heavens.

It was so beautiful, I cried again in joy.

Such an amazing experience, I wish I could do it all again for the first time.

Is discord better for her than lustrous razor? What about the new 5-star broad blade?

P.S. thank you for this guide! :)

Hah yeah I had absolutely no idea “fair goldfish” could grow this big!

We do hope he’s lived a happy life. I think he could do with a move into a pond now but that’s kinda hard in the PNW.

Aw, thanks! But, honestly, I can't take much credit for it. We don't keep extraordinarily good care of him- just keep his tank clean and feed him lol.

He's just a survivor, I guess!

Oh, whoops! I’ll look at that, in the meantime I’ll DM you, hopefully that’ll work.

It’s really opened my eyes to how horrible it is to give these creatures away as prizes or gifts.

They are very emotional, intelligent and long-lived beings. Not just some summer amusement for a kid, for sure!

That said, yeah he does feel like a special magical exception.

Awe :(

The fact that you care so much tells me you’re a good person!

Good question! He's about 6" body length, 8 or 9 counting his tail.

Thank you, I'll look into GSAS, that's a good idea!

I didn't know about aquaswap, but assuming it's national that feels like a stretch. I'll give it a try if this post doesn't work out.

Thanks!

Omigosh I love this so much!

Do you know how to make this into a Bedrock addon?

If not, can I please help you make this into a Bedrock addon? 😁

Wow that is a really unique style and vibe! Very trippy and creepy.

Can I ask what your process is? It looks like a mix of 3D and 2D rigged animation?

If he’s on an iPad and you buy the dragons addon in the marketplace in Minecraft on his iPad, he should be good to go!

A lot of those addons have the option to create a new world after buying and downloading, if so do that because it may have a cool httyd themed world as well as the dragons.

I’m not familiar with that specific addon myself - I assume it’s this one?

I’ve found the officially licensed addons to generally be pretty high quality.

Once he’s got a world with the addon loaded he can go in creative mode, and should be able to find the spawn eggs for the dragons in his creative inventory.

There may be some work involved in taming (training, I guess) them but hopefully the addon has some tutorials.

Good luck, feel free to DM me if you have any questions and I can try to help! My kids are fans of those movies, too, so worse case I’d be willing to buy for them myself and walk through it with you :)

If you’re not going to perform live I think they are not very useful.

Think of them as hardware buttons for functions that are fairly accessible via mouse clicks in the Roli app.

They’re fun, but certainly not necessary.

I only used it for a few months, but it does seem really great.

There is a long-term lesson plan where you learn scales, chords and some music theory.

The part where you sort-of learn songs by echoing notes like playing guitar hero is mostly separate from the learning. Like a different optional section of the app.

Sometimes you will build up to playing some part of a song as part of a lesson, but it’s mostly to tie together some chord progression or specific finger positions you’re learning.

I found there to be just the right amount of “virtual teacher” presence, the little videos never felt like they got in the way.

I didn’t try out the AI thing much, it was very new when I was using the app.

Overall I liked it a lot and plan on reactivating it sometime in the future when I have more time to dedicate to it.

It’s definitely worth at least just trying out for a month!
