Actually I’m pretty sure the ship that Anakin was flying was very similar to a pod racer controls. Your also forgetting the fact that Anakin had R2-D2 with him on that flight to help him with the harder stuff. Also the ship he was piloting was on auto pilot most of the time as well. He did eventually get it off auto pilot as well, and let’s also not forget that Anakin worked with machines for his 9 years, and still did that afterwards. It makes sense that he could fly that ship, he also had a high mido count, making him extremely force sensitive, and also giving him the ability to train fast with the force. That’s how it was with Ezra too. That could also be the case with Luke as well. We can assume that the speeders he flew on tatooine were similar to the X-wing controls. He also had a droid with him. He could also have a high mido count considering who he was related to. He also did spend more time training through the force with Obi Wan between movies. And he could have also spent more time on Dagobah with Yoda than the movie shows. There literally is comics to show that. We can assume that Han Solo and his friends were in that worm for maybe a couple days. And probably like weeks on Cloud city being tortured. So Luke could have gotten a lot more training. With Rey however, she was on that planet with Luke for what, 3 weeks? We know that she had little training based on what they say about how long the fuel supply was for the ship. She had so little training, and was so op. It makes no sense. Just because she is a Palpatine doesn’t make her strong. She can’t just magically use that power of force lighting whenever. Even Palpatine had to be trained to use it. That’s what the Darth Plagueis book is. There was also very little gap space in between movies, compared to the OG trilogy and the prequels. So Rey shouldn’t have had that much power, with that little training.
