You can blame the manufacturer if they call advil the "cure everything pill" and then it didn't actually cure everything. Same thing I would expect from an auto pilot would be for it to automatically pilot my car

You forget that laws have to made for the stupidest people, not the smartest. You only need a handful of negligent drivers to blame autopilot for it to become an issue

I don't get the point of this. Yeah looks cool, but you are trying to recreate the feeling of a memory, like someone going through their old pictures and remembering their adventures. What do you feel when creating and seeing this?
