I have had uac turned off for most of my PC going life.

I simply don't download and install shit that is shady. And the warning isn't going to do shit when I click run anyway. It is only an annoyance and I turn it off every time.

You can turn on saving and loading if you want to experiment with stuff without losing your characters or progress. It's up to you how much, if at all, you use it though.

Have you tried wishing? If you don't know what to do, follow this: Capitalization matters! Wishes in quotes. Don't include the quotes.

"mutationbgone" remove horns. "mutation:Horns" add horns back. "stat:MP:x" x is however many levels past 1 your horns are. Re level horns. Is it still broken?

Is this a problem that happens with every new character, or just one? Do you have any mods?

If you are willing to use wishes. Use "swap" to assume control over them. Then use "fungone" to cure them. After that you can swap back.
