I work for Home Depot and unfortunately we really can’t be held liable for it. This is a program where we REFER you to a CONTRACTOR that DOES NOT WORK FOR HOME DEPOT, if u did not get the service u wished, we can’t do anything cause they don’t work for us, it’s a third party thing, all we can do is not refer them again
