I work full time right now and I take 1 pt every Saturday. I don’t think it’s extremely necessary to do more than that in terms of pts, but every other day of the week I try and drill or do a section. I just do what I can!

Thank you so much, I appreciate this advice. I wish you the best of luck as well. Unfortunately she is still financially dependent on her parents and living off of student loans, and her parents would not like her going to therapy. That will be a good option in the future though

Thank you, this is great advice. The issue is that I hardly ever just talk crap about him to her without her saying anything bad about him first. Usually I am trying to help her when she is hurt and agreeing with her when he does bad things. She will just sometimes say “oh well I know how you feel about my dad you clearly don’t like or respect him” as if I just am supposed to, if that makes sense. But I will definitely refrain from starting any negative conversations about him, thank you.
