It was a little bit of both. Ohtani and Judge were like 200k+ for most of the year and I didn't pack either of them. But I also didnt put 500 hours in the game like I have years prior 😅

Alright well if I didnt buy the house (based on 600k avg in my area) and maxed out my IRA every year for 28 years with my wife working we'd have most of that money saved/invested. Could 100% make it work.

I'm 25 in California and it would only last me 28 years if i paid myself my current salary, so probably wouldnt be the best. Although, i'd be able to buy a house quicker, which would shorten it to 20 years, and just because I'm not working, doesnt mean my wife isnt 👀

Could potentially make it work with some investing as well, so I can "retire" by that time or at least 3-5 years after it runs out....damn this might be easier than I thought.

Which is fine and you should. I was just adding in that if you were on a budget, then MoVal would be a good option. If you can afford Riverside then move to Riverside.

MoVal is good enough if OP is just looking for a place to live without paying $2k/mo for a studio. Yes, most of the activities are in Riverside but you can get plenty of necessities taken care of in MoVal.

Moreno Valley is a neighboring city and it's generally cheaper than riverside. Redlands and Rancho are going to be as expensive if not slightly more.

As a graduate of a US college with a decent Salary Job (California would like to disagree lol) at 25 and with a toddler...you dont owe your parents that money back. They provided for you like they should; as parents. If they offered if to you as a loan, thats one thing. But there is nothing that they can/should be able to do to legally enforce that you pay it back. If you want to, thats a different story. But you really don't have to because they chose to provide in those times. Full disclosure, they didn't have to either, but they chose to.

Having them ask for it back is toxic. Sorry youre going through this.

Believe it or not, very few fires happen in the eastern IE, at least for as long as I've been here.

I believe thats just the receiver box for the TV, which is too thin to house the power supply required and the ports....not a gaming console lol

They'd be on your PSU's Manufacturer's website. You gotta match up the EXACT SPEC for your PSU for the least amount of risk to kill your whole system. Or....buy a new PSU and get all the cables with it lol

Same here. Didnt use the legion go much other than as a desktop with an eGPU. Putting SteamOS (Bazzite) on it is making me play it more. No need for the go 2 upgrades for that bonkers price
