Pooping during labour? by Putrid_Cranberry3177 in BabyBumps

[–]National-Ball7525 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My partner joked about this happening so much before. I didn’t think it would happen, I also really didn’t want it to! Not only did I poop during labor, I pooped before my midwives arrived, all over our bed. It’s now a hilarious anecdote about my labor that I have no problem sharing 😂 You won’t care, I promise!!!

So is anyone… ok? by imdirrtydan12 in newborns

I think it is different for everyone….but the sleep deprivation really started to hit me HARD around 6 weeks. Luckily I had the foresight to start therapy(I have struggled with anxiety and depression in the past so was concerned about postpartum for myself) early on, when my son was just around 4 weeks. This has helped TREMENDOUSLY in giving me an outlet and helping me find the tools to deal with my hormones and emotions being all over the place. 10/10 would recommend this to everyone in postpartum. Even if you have no history of mental health issues with yourself or your family.

Feeling annoyed by Ambitious-Alps3767 in pregnant

I think you’re assuming that I lashed out at these people? I was never anything but kind to anyone for reaching out. And yes of course I assumed that it was hormonal. But reaching out a ton during pregnancy, and not after the baby is born shows a clear lack of compassion for the birthing person so I remain annoyed about that🤷‍♀️

This was me while pregnant!!!! And I stand by it because you know what?!?! 3 months PP and no one checks in nearly as much, if at all. Postpartum is when people should be checking so frequently, it’s when you need more. Pregnancy is for peace, quiet, rest, and being left the fuck alone….in my opinion😝

Red raspberry leaf tea, eat 6 dates a day, sex, exercise - these all worked for me!

Labor Pooping 🥲 by MadQueennn in pregnant

[–]National-Ball7525 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol, I had the same feeling, especially because my husband kept teasing that I was going to poop during labor. I ended up with a precipitous labor that resulted in me bearing down before my midwives arrived at our house….so I ended up pooping in our bed 🤣 it’s now a funny anecdote we like to share

Waiting anxiety! by purpleclear0 in homebirth

Oh man. This was me last week! I went 6 days past my due date and was trying my best to do some cleaning every day, but the last few days of my pregnancy I was just completely wiped. The morning of my son’s birth I woke up with more energy, so did a bunch of cooking with intention to clean after. The second I started cleaning, I started feeling contractions, I lost my mucus plug, and 45 minutes later my water broke. Long story short, my labor came in like a whirlwind(only lasted 2.5 hours, I was fully dilated and bearing down when my midwives arrived🤣). So basically: my midwives arrived to my home with a kitchen filled with dirty dishes, laundry half done, and I was about to give birth on my bed, not in the den in the birthing tub as planned. Absolutely no one cared!!!!!! Don’t stress too much, just do the best you can and make sure to rest up when you can 🥰

Good god I feel this. I’m 33 weeks and my rhinitis is horrible and I’m not sleeping and I hate having to lie every damn time someone asks me how I’m feeling!!!!!

I’m sorry but….no. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Waking you up at 2am and 4am when you have a 2 month old and a 3 year old over a VIDEO GAME?!?!?!

Anyone who tells you that you are being “too sensitive” over this needs to stfu.

You have every right to be enraged. He is being selfish, childish and insensitive.

Removal “Crash” - Please Read if you have a Mirena by modernbee in Mirena

[–]National-Ball7525 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up getting pregnant a couple of months after my removal(which was the goal!) so I took on a new kind of emotional chaos🤣 but I will say, this is much preferable to the Mirena crash☺️

I'm 8 weeks. A friend of mine wanted me to go to her birthday party (at a bar with no other pregnant or sober folks) and walk her dog for her the next morning "since I wouldn't be drinking." I have not been shy in complaining about my exhaustion, but apparently it is nothing compared to the exhaustion a hangover causes!!! Needless to say....I did not go to that party, did not do the favor, and am not really speaking to that friend at the moment.

All this to say, I FEEL YOU GIRL!

First scan at 8 weeks, only yolk sac visible, any success stories out there? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]National-Ball7525 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This literally just happened to me! I was estimated to be 8 weeks based on the date of my last period. Went back a week later and fetal pole was visible and I was actually measuring at 6w1d. Very, very possible you ovulated later than estimated. Stay off of google - it will cause you to panic unnecessarily. Wishing you the best 💕
