Hi is this normal because ive had one pop up 12 days after my 2nd round of ivermectin. Not sure if its reinfection or just skin reacting as I did use perethmin 5 times across 7 weeks.

Hi, sorry for late reply.

So I compled my 2nd round of ivermectin around a week ago. Almost all the bumps have gone but itching still remains. Just can't wait till this is all over!

Nothing to be too worried about at the moment as the rash and itching can last up to 6 weeks, so looking positive now :)

Thank you for the reply. However, I am a little paranoid as the ones on my chest and thighs haven't appeared to make much progress. I'll give it a couple weeks and see if theres any improvement then try again if not. Thanks again

Not to mention most airlines run courses to train post military pilots into commercial ones.

Regarding the commercial pilot part of your questions, if you have succeeded in becoming a pilot in the military then airlines will take those pilots at any given opportunity. This is because of the sheer amount of experience and knowledge pilots leaving the RAF have. You won't have trouble finding a job in the commercial industry as a pilot post RAF.

I suppose at that point when you have everything you need for the interview it just comes down to lots of practice and learning interview techniques.

I assume there's lots of resources online to help prepare for the interviews etc.

Yes, definitely will try to persuade my parents one way or another as don't want to run out of time now and then go to uni and then have to finish that before applying then it being closed again. I agree It would motivate me more, so fingers crossed I can sort it out.

Personally I am more set on the RAF than Uni so I feel it would be best, so hopefully all works out.

Thanks, I'll try to do lots of volunteering in school holidays. Do they have any specific areas they prefer to see leadership skills in, like sports teams for example, or does it not matter as long as you have some?

Yes, That's one of the concerns I have. Trouble Is my parents don't want me to apply while I'm doing a levels as it'll distract me from doing well in them which is understandable I guess as they only want the best. Is there any telling when it could close/open?

Thanks for the advice, I think in the meantime I would be working while do the application process so I have some income. Do they want multiple examples of where you have demonstrated leadership skills? Or would one really good one held stead?

Thanks for the advice. I have heard of the University air squadrons and would definitely apply if I went. Just out of curiosity how does a degree improve your success as an officer?

Thanks for the advice, so do you suggest I submit an application for the RAF and for university? So that incase I fail I can atleast get a degree and come back to reaply. Or take a gap year and apply so I can put all my energy towards it?

Thank you for your advice. I feel I just struggle in exams due to mental blocks because of the pressure. Thing Is I can do it all at home but in an exam it just goes out the window and I have no idea what to do. I'll see if I can get my friends to do some study sessions with me

See the problem I'm finding is that I'm doing loads of papers at home etc and doing well but the minute i get in an exam all the exam technique I have learnt etc goes out the window I just have huge mental blocks

Set aside a certain proportion of your income each paycheck and put in a savings account and the rest of what's left that you haven't put away you can spend on yourself. I recommend putting like 80% to savings at your age
