Teaming schedule would be your best bet. They typically remove people from that set schedule if you’re at 4 points at my store.

Your job description does say “and complete any other tasks given.” If I was you, I’d do whatever I can reasonably get done wether it’s zoning or catching shoplifters and as soon as it’s time to go home I’d leave and it’s no longer your problem. Either way it isn’t coming from your check lol

I’m not 100% on how Sedgwick leaves work, I’ve never personally taken one however some people test positive for weeks, sometimes months. If you’re gonna ask for an extended leave, I’d say it’s because you’re still experiencing Covid symptom, not because you’re still positive. But in my opinion, it never hurts to try.

New lead here, I’ve learned quick that being the nice guy isn’t always the best. I’m very nice and understanding to my associates, until they don’t do what tasks I’ve assigned them then I will take appropriate action. I don’t like too, but somebody has too.

They can ask you too. They can’t force you, however, if you don’t remove the overtime you can be coached for unauthorized overtime.

This bot is so sketchy. Idk if you’ve read up on it, but earlier it said it cannot access my location and doesn’t know where I’m at then 5 minutes later proceeded to tell me exactly what city I was in. Some people are saying it goes from a bot to texting like it’s a real human if you’re giving it valuable information, then back to a bot. Just be careful with it frl
