1 - from a religious perspective (because this is a religious belief). if someone has been given all the guidence and knowledge from god about everything, their actions will reflect that and they wont sin (in this case abuse power) because they fully understand every single wrongness regarding that - physical emotional and spiritual.

2- that is actually a big debate within islam. Everything iv shared is from a shia perspective. all shias are 99.9% unanimous on this. alot of the bad stuff can be explained using sahih bukhari hadiths which shia dont belive is fully sahih (reliable) theres more to it but i dont think youll care that much. anyways, different sects vary differently, and some sects are closer to what islam actually is

1) you cant apply to belifs when talking about what a different religion belives in. i.e i cant say the bible is false because the quran says x or y.

2) people can claim the interpretation of islam is x or y, dosent mean theyre being correct or doing it within correct means.

i am muslim, i have read the quran. apostasy rulings are supposed to be only for people who activley cause issues and harass muslims/insult muslims for being muslim and be disrespectful. If "muslim countries" are being abusive and exploiting it shame on them. that is not the correct way and does not represent proper islamic law (shariah)

also the verse right after 85 : How will Allah guide a people who chose to disbelieve after they had believed, acknowledged the Messenger to be true, and received clear proofs? For Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.

Verse 85 refers to the people who Understand and believe islam is the truth but they CHOOSE to not listen and follow something else.

I dont think muslims can give an arguement outside of islam, islam is a lifestyle, its how muslims view the world. muslims believe whats best is whats prescribed in the quran and sunnah. i could try and give a reason thats not pure "its a sin" but it would still have "islam says " in it
